Glass fiber surface mats are mainly used in the surface layer of glass products. It is divided into two major categories: seam-wound (S-SM) series and hand-laid (S-HM) series. Winding glass fiber surface felt is mainly suitable for winding pipes and canned products, which can improve the corrosion resistance of the surface of the products and enhance the compressive strength, prevent leakage and prolong the service life. Hand-pasted glass surface felt is mainly used for hand-pasted products with complex geometric curves. It has good overmolding, fast resin penetration, and can improve the strength and corrosion resistance of products.
The S-RM is a good tire base for making SBS, APP modified asphalt waterproofing membrane and colored asphalt glass fiber tile, and is free to the longitudinal reinforcement of the whole felt, which fully improves the longitudinal tensile strength and tear strength of the felt. The linoleum made of S-RM series felt as the base material can overcome the shortcomings of high temperature flow, low temperature brittleness, easy aging and so on, make the linoleum excellent weather resistance, anti leakage enhancement, and prolong its service life, so it is an ideal base material for roofing linoleum and other materials. At the same time, S-RM series felt can also be used as the bottom lining material of the house insulation layer. According to the characteristics and wide application of this product, our company has introduced the S-RM-M series (glass fiber mat composite mesh cloth) and the S-RMT series (glass fiber mat PVC coating). Such products have strong tensile resistance and good corrosion resistance, and are ideal substrates for building materials.
S-FLM series felt is mainly used as the base material of plastic floor and wallpaper. The soft plastic floor made of it as the base material has a smooth appearance, no shrinkage deformation, bright colors, and convenient laying. It is an ideal material for residents to decorate the ground. The product after further processing can be made into a variety of color veneer materials, is the ideal material for decorating high-end hotels, restaurants.
