Product Description
Seam edge felt is the original yarn short cut into 5cm, are settled, and then sewn with nylon thread made of a glass fiber fabric.
Seam-edge composite felt is a glass fiber fabric made of untwisted coarse fabric compounded with a layer of evenly spread chopped strands, and then stitched.
The two products are suitable for unsaturated polyester resin, vinyl resin, phenolic resin and epoxy resin. Widely used in glass fiber reinforced plastic pultrusion process, hand paste molding process and resin transfer molding process. Stitched felts and stitched composite felts are most widely used in the shipbuilding and FRP piping industries, with the main end products being: FRP hulls, pipe connections, flanged plates, refrigerated appliances and profiles.
